Job Description
Develop and maintain the test environment for the Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) Compute Platform (ACP) applications.
Design, review, integrate, test, and verify ACPx software applications for GM Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) including Virtual Cockpit Unit (VCU), Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC), Control Gateway Module (CGM), Center Stack Module (CSM), Engine Control Module (ECM) and other vehicle modules, in JavaScript, C# and QNX programming languages, in Windows and Linux operating systems, Cloud environment, using Git, Gerrit, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Artifactory tools following Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Create and automate test deployment using Python programming language-based Alfred framework and enhance current production application product components. Perform embedded ECU testing on test bench and in vehicle, using Vector CANoe, ETAS INCA, Vehicle Spy, Vector CANape tools, and neoVI FIRE hardware, to verify functionality at Function, Controller and System levels prior to production release on major, minor and break-fix platform releases.
Remote: This option does not require employee to be on-site full-time to perform most effectively. The employee’s role enables them to work off-site on a permanent basis.
Additional Job Description
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or related field, and two (2) years of experience as an Engineer or related role.
Experience must also include: performing ECU testing on test bench and in vehicle, using Vector CANoe, ETAS INCA, and Vehicle Spy tools, to verify functionality at Function and Controller levels.
