Learn more at www.ukg.com/careers #WeAreUKGDescription & QualificationsDescriptionPrimary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:Assist customers and project managers with various Pro and Dimensions integration consulting projects ranging from medium to very high complexityManage internal and external customer expectations proactivelyProvide product and subject matter expertise to customers and to team membersServe as subject matter expert in multiple areas, and provide mentoring to team members in those project typesProactively communicate, in both electronic and spoken forms, with customers regarding the progress and deliverables about the projects you leadAbility to start, analyze, track progress, and maintain an assigned project through the completionFocus on identifying product and customer knowledge gapsDesign and deliver written training recommendations or document additional growth opportunities for our customers based on knowledge obtained from the current projectDocument project work and progress in SalesforceCreate and maintain a Statement of Work and/or Scope Document and Project Plan for work engagementsWrite specifications as required and submit to the technical implementation team in a timely mannerProvide accurate and timely information regarding project status and project hours into Salesforce/PSAProduce and/or deliver training in needed areas of the UKGPro solutionAssist with data mapping from source system(s) to UKPro for Dimensions LaunchesProvide input on methodology and process improvements on team callsAbility to work flexible hours based on customer preference and demandQualificationsPreferred Qualifications:3-5 years of experience working with UKGPro in the Activation or Post Live phaseCompleted multiple and complex activations at all phasesExcellent product knowledge of UKGPro and working knowledge of additional UltiPro systems/modulesExcellent coaching and feedback skillsExperience as a mentor or leader in a specific subject areaExcellent communication, presentation and negotiation skillsExcellent problem-solving, decision-making, and relationship building skillsExtremely customer-focused; positive, professional attitudeForesees potential problems and takes corrective action to ensure the achievement of goalsClear and concise in communicating informationActively listens to customer requestsProvides clear direction to the customer and determines if change in approach is neededResults driven orientationSQL knowledge is preferredDimensions Knowledge is a plusPay Transparency for Colorado, New York, Washington and CaliforniaThe pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington and California is $66,800 to $95,950, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
