Job DescriptionA large utlities client is looking for a WIN 11 Technician to join their team and help support a WIN 11 Migration project along with other IT support needs.What you are working on:
Imaging all PCs using SCCM or Autopilot
Update Inventory sheet to track who is using which computer
Manage/Maintain inventory in storage room
Including proactively ordering items when counts get low
Organize shipping materials, including refilling supplies from FedEx
Create labels for people to ship or return equipment
Work with Dell for Warranty repair
Work with users to return equipment from separated employees
Also Retrieve computers when they are replaced
