Job Title: Aircraft Interior InstallerJob DescriptionOur client in Delaware is looking for 10 skilled aircraft interior mechanics to work on a customer VIP interior project. Candidates will be responsible for installing and maintaining interiors on BBJ 737 aircraft.Responsibilities
Provide direction to Interior Mechanics with a solid understanding of aircraft interior component removals and installations, upholstery, cabinetry, carpeting, finishes, and paint.
Perform interior modifications, design, conversion, and retrofits.
Execute post-delivery modifications including interiors, systems, and compliance upgrades.
Conduct structural components repairs, overhauls, modifications, and retrofits.
Handle interior reconfigurations and modernization, including soft goods upgrades such as bulkheads, dividers, ceilings, sidewalls, upholstery, and cabinetry.
Install and modify seats, in-seat power, lie-flat seats, and premium seating.
Install and maintain entertainment systems and monitors.
Implement LED lighting systems.
Apply thermal and acoustic insulation packages.
Perform paint work as required.
Essential Skills
3-5 years of experience with VIP aircraft interiors, including corporate jets or helicopters.
Thorough understanding of interior component removals and installations.
Proficient in the use of basic hand tools and equipment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of interior removal, replacement, and modification experience.
Experience with VIP interior modifications.
Possession of the minimum required tools.
Willingness to perform other duties as assigned by managers and supervisors.
Flexibility to work any shift and overtime as requested.
High school diploma or equivalent.
