Aerotek is hiring IMMEDIATELY for Diesel Technicians in Sussex County, DE. This position is a direct placement offering full benefits!Job Description:The Diesel Technician will work in repair shop diagnosing and fixing mechanical issues on a fleet of diesel-fueled vehicles. They will work amongst team and drivers understand issues with vehicles and determine what is needed to perform a repair. The Diesel Technician is also responsible for performing daily preventative maintenance of fleet, take inventory of parts for vehicles, and keep detailed records of repairs performed.Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Advanced knowledge of Automotive Repair/Diesel Mechanics
Ability to diagnose, repair, adjust and modify all heavy duty components
Repair and troubleshoot engines
Must be able to provide own basic tools
Employees must have a valid driver’s license
