Description We are looking for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. The role is based in Hockessin, Delaware, and offers a short-term contract employment opportunity. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer data and ensuring its accuracy. You will also focus on filing and scanning documents while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.Responsibilities: Handle data entry tasks, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. Scan and file various documents in a timely and organized manner. Manage customer data, ensuring all records are accurate and easily accessible. Work efficiently to meet deadlines without sacrificing the quality of work. Utilize your skills in Filing, Scanning, and Data Entry to carry out tasks efficiently. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks. Work in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with colleagues as necessary. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain confidentiality of customer data. Requirements Proficiency in data entry skills including a strong typing speed and precision. Demonstrable experience with the filing and scanning of documents. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new data entry and storage software. Detail-oriented with high standards for data accuracy and completeness. Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Solid communication skills, both written and verbal. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word. High school diploma or equivalent education level. Proven ability to work in a team environment. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
