Job Description:Our Asset Management Operations team is responsible for supporting, overseeing, and optimizing the end-to-end investment process, primarily working with Portfolio Managers, Investment Specialists, Traders, Risk Management, Client Service, Technology, and other functions across the transaction lifecycle.Are you keen on exploring the depth of data management within the world of alternative investments?Join our Data Management Operations team as an Associate, where you will provide pivotal support across our diverse alternatives business. Play a crucial role in managing operational and financial data for our alternative business, ensuring it is accurate, complete and timely for strategic investment decisions and reporting

Collaborate closely with stakeholders and external partners, playing a pivotal role in resolving data discrepancies and fulfilling data requests

Participate in strategic data projects providing fresh insights and ideas that instill improvements in our data management landscape

Engage in business analysis, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) testing and the implementation of new processes, ensuring seamless integration and operational excellence

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who are/have:

2+ years of experience, ideally within the finance industry or a related operational role that demonstrates an understanding of data management principles

A keen interest in data analytics, with a desire to apply analytical skills to operational challenges

Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational inefficiencies

Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders to understand and meet their data needs

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to efficiently prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects

Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

A background in hedge fund to fund and real estate investment operations

A technical skillset that includes any combination of Structured Query Language (SQL), Alteryx, Tableau, advanced Excel, or Python, applied creatively to solve operational challenges and improve efficiencies

Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation tools and other emerging technologies
