This role is crucial for optimizing the digital experience for all users within the organization, leveraging real-time analytics, employee sentiment data, and automated remediation to proactively address IT issues. The successful candidate will be passionate about using technology to enhance the day-to-day experiences of our users, focusing on delivering seamless, intuitive, and empowering digital environmentsKey Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive EUEM strategy, focusing on optimizing the digital experience for all users within the organization.
Lead the design and development of a customized employee portal, ensuring it meets the specific needs and preferences of our users, enhancing their productivity and satisfaction.
Utilize real-time analytics, employee sentiment data, and automated remediation to proactively identify and resolve IT issues, improving the end-user computing experience.
Collaborate with other stakeholders and vendors to integrate EUEM principles into our technology solutions, ensuring a cohesive and user-friendly digital environment.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in EUEM, UX design, and digital workplace solutions, integrating innovative practices to keep our organization at the cutting edge.
Education and experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in user experience design and research, with a strong emphasis on End User Experience Management (EUEM) and digital workplace solutions.
Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing employee portals or similar web-based platforms, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects.
Expertise in leveraging real-time analytics, employee sentiment data, and automated remediation to proactively improve the digital experience.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and design thinking skills, with a user-centered approach to technology solutions.
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and projects.
