Description We are offering a long-term contract opportunity for a Financial Analyst in Newark, Delaware. The role is situated in the finance industry and focuses on financial and data analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records, processing customer applications, and resolving customer inquiries.Responsibilities: Analyze financial operations and prepare financial statements. Utilize database skills to maintain accurate records. Generate reports and perform data analysis. Set up and maintain derivatives static data within various financial reporting application systems. Ensure appropriate and timely escalation of issues. Enhance client experience through effective client relationship management. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Understand and adhere to the controls and regulations surrounding the products and processes. Apply principles of finance to perform financial analysis. Use analytical skills to understand and work with financial operations and derivatives. Requirements Proficiency in database management and data analysis Comprehensive understanding of finance principles and financial operations Ability to provide workstation support Experience with financial reporting and financial analysis Skills in performing ad hoc financial tasks Knowledge of financial regulations and derivatives Exceptional analytical skills Experience with UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and EO/IR (Electro-Optical/Infrared) systems Strong client relations ability Ability to work in a team and independently when required.
