Provide maintenance support and repairs to production machinery, computer systems and facility for a 24hr / 7 day manufacturing operation.Electro-Mechanical Industrial Maintenance Technician 3 - Night ShiftShift Hours: 7:30PM – 6:00AM - Weekends are required for shutdown maintenance. Some overtime and holiday work may be required, as dictated by business needs.Hourly Pay Rate: $28.00 - $34.00 DOE with Shift Differential  of $1.25Candidates must have experience performing electromechanical troubleshooting and maintenance of high-speed automated industrial machinery.Primary functions: provide production support, troubleshoot technical problems, perform corrective and preventive maintenance to maximize throughput and efficiency. Additionally, performs the duties of Maintenance Technician 2 as required.Key Duties / Responsibilities: Production Support (15%): Respond in a timely manner to all maintenance requests on the production floor.Train production technicians in the proper set-up and copy troubleshooting techniques.Provide training and assistance to production technicians as needed to help maximize production output and minimize downtime through the utilization of proper production techniques and handling practices.Troubleshooting & Repairs (35%):Effectively diagnose mechanical, electrical, network, and computer hardware/software in assigned area (facility, machinery, equipment, etc.)Make timely and accurate repairs, as necessary, during productionUtilize illustrated parts breakdown manuals and operational manuals in the repair, modification and maintenance of equipment.Preventative Maintenance (35%):Inspect machinery for potential problems on a daily basis.  Documents problems and schedules work/repairs as appropriate.Respond to all assigned maintenance work orders in a timely manner. Responsible for performing preventive maintenance (PM) activities in accordance with the preventive maintenance plan.  These activities will be recorded using proper PM sheets.Administrative (10%):Perform inventory control of parts and equipment used from inventory.Inform Supervisor of parts and equipment used from inventory.Record maintenance activities using the proper computer application or paperworkProvide training and coaching to new maintenance technicians and inspects their work.Housekeeping/Other (5%):Perform housekeeping duties required of maintenance staff including work area clean-up, machine and equipment clean-up, sweeping up after clean-up and various other general housekeeping duties as assigned.Other duties as assigned
