Ability to drive collaborative meetings with line of business and technology partners to solve problems and mitigate risks. Excellent program/project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines. Strong business centric mindset with ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal business outcomes. Individuals with experience managing regulatory change and development of controls/reporting are a plus. Ideal candidates would have work distribution experience with an understanding of Real Estate space management and seating allocations.Responsible for management of one or more programs/projects specific to work distribution initiatives that have significant impact on execution of the GT & GO location strategy. Provides project management expertise to the team in support of all Work Distribution BAU and Return to Office (RTO) related activities, ensuring that the team is empowered to identify, escalate and debate concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner. Serves as primary contact to senior managers for critical program initiatives. Communicates, influences, and negotiates both vertically and horizontally to obtain or leverage necessary resources and solve problems. Accountable for analyzing present-state, developing alternative future-state approaches, and facilitating implementation. Creates a clear, coherent approach to guide effective project setup, execution, and control. Ensures clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities for key project roles and tasks and integrates knowledge of end-to-end business process design into program planning. Develop, maintain, and report on an overall integrated delivery plan.Required Skills7-10 plus years of project/program management experience.

Ability to translate strategic objectives into milestones and tasks, prioritize work and meet deadlines.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple project efforts simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail with leadership, problem solving and organizational skills.

Demonstrated ability to communicate (written and verbal) with internal and external partners.

Ability to manage and shift priorities as needed.

Process design, remediation, and improvement skills.

Strong relationship management skills to gain buy-in, build consensus and resolve conflicts timely.

Strong risk and governance mindset. Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) proficient.

Working familiarity with BAC Enterprise Change Management Standards and experience with enterprise change requirements a plus.
