Job Title: Superintendent OVERNIGHT POSITIONJob DescriptionThe project is a remodeling and roof project for a historic building in Washington DC. The project value is $14 million and will run for a few years. As a Project Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in the construction project team. You will help create the team and ensure that the company is represented at the project site every day work is being performed. You will review conceptual, schematic, and design development documents for constructability, establish project site expectations for safety and quality, and plan and coordinate site logistics. You will partner with the Project Manager, client, and trade contractors to develop a work plan, oversee technical interpretation of construction documents, and assure consistency with contractual specifications. Additional responsibilities include coordinating timely permitting and required inspections, maintaining a rolling punch list, and developing a project-specific safety program.Hard Skills
Led a commercial or Federal project at a minimum of $10MM in value
Experience with construction projects in a new construction or exterior construction setting
Soft Skills

Travel to and from the construction site is required, with the majority of the work being done at the site.
