Small accounting and tax office looking for part time Receptionist/Bookkeeper starting from December 15th. Must be able to Pass the Background check.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Answering and handling the phone calls
QuickBooks Experience
Completing all front desk duties, including but not limited to, greetings clients; scheduling appointments, answering multi-line phone; faxing, scanning, copying; transferring calls appropriately; receiving packages and notifying clients appropriately.
Requirements:
Must have excellent customer service skills
. QuickBooks Knowledge
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
Answering calls
Scheduling appointments
Communicate with customers
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma
QuickBooks preferred
Ability to perform detail oriented work
Strong oral and written skills (Spanish is Plus)
