COMPANY BACKGROUND:
Our firm is an established cybersecurity company based in Dulles, VA. We are positioned for explosive growth. We lead the cybersecurity industry through product innovation; our product detects and neutralizes advanced cyber attacks and insider threats.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Our company seeks seasoned "QuickBooks Online Bookkeeper." Depending on the Accounting experience of this candidate, this position may be converted to a part-time CFO role. We anticipate about 6-10 hours a month initially, but we expect this number may increase. The candidate must be very dependable, punctual, attentive, detail-oriented, and maintain the privacy of our books. You must have deep experience with QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.
JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform Credit card statement reconciliation
- Perform Bank statement reconciliation
- Perform all other monthly bookkeeping functions
- Work with our external CPA firm if needed
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Bookkeeping
- QuickBooks both Online and Desktop
- GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
