Responsibilities
General Office Duties
Provide administrative support, including answering phones, managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining organized records.
Assist with data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Support the accounting team with basic bookkeeping tasks and reconciliations.
Help coordinate office supplies and maintain a well-organized workspace.
Social Media Marketing
Assist in the creation, scheduling, and publishing of engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter).
Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, messages, and comments, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Track and analyze social media metrics, preparing regular reports to inform strategy.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices, proposing new ideas for content and campaigns.
Use basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Photoshop) to create visually appealing posts when needed.

Project Management
Assist in coordinating and tracking project timelines, deliverables, and team assignments.
Help organize project documentation and ensure deadlines are met.

Participate in team meetings, contributing to planning and problem-solving discussions.
Qualifications
Previous experience in an administrative, accounting, or marketing support role is preferred.
Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and social media platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic graphic design is a plus.
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
