Looking for an Administrative Assistant for immediate hiring to perform the following duties:
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls, greet clients and visitors, and other communications.
Provide accurate and timely information to current and prospective customers about the programs offered by the company.
Maintain up-to-date filing systems.
Update and maintain office documents and paperwork.
Operate and maintain office equipment as needed.
Respond to emails and other written communications in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements:
High school diploma or associate's degree.
Experience as an office assistant in a related field.
Proven experience in customer service.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Strong written communication skills and ability to assist with word processing.
Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Work Schedule:
Monday thru Friday (9:00 - 5:00 pm)
Saturday (8:30 - 1:30 pm)
