We are Pull Up DC, in need of an Inventory Manager and an Operations Manager. We are looking for hardworking individuals who know how to be apart of a team. We do not want anyone that is not ready to lock in! This is a new business in the dmv market and we are desperate for positive energy to join us in this venture. Our shop is very busy so you will need to come into work everyday ready to go with minimal personal issues getting in your way.
-The Offer :
Monday - Saturday
11am - 9pm (60 Hours)
$2000 Weekly (33/Hour)
-Operations Manager Duties :
Oversee the company operations
Answer all incoming calls
Help make orders when busy
Count cash from previous routes
Put money in register
Put Subcategory money away
Look to verify order, then staple orders
Give next batch of orders to driver
Add Price Adjustments to orders
Take orders to the pick up location
Pick up new supplies from stores
Pick up materials from the storage
Secure the front door : Locking & Unlocking
Coordinate with drivers in the field :
Call non responding customers
Confirm order amounts if needed
Track all Customer Order credits
Meet drivers in the field with orders
Keep track of driver eta’s
Make sure we have enough drivers
Make sure drivers are communicating etas
Make sure drivers are calling customers
Make sure drivers are turning in all cash
Verify all tracking systems :
Track new customers : Request ID
Track Driver Payouts
Track subcategories
Track company cash flow
-The Requirements :
Must be able to commit to the schedule without callouts
Must be able to move quickly being efficient and effective
Must have 5 years experience in retail sales with high volume of traffic.
Must have your own car
Must be at least 30 years old
Must be comfortable around cannabis
Must be comfortable delivering cannabis to customers
