We are looking for a plant manager. This individual must be bilingual (English/Spanish), with experience in a production based industry. Excellent communication is very important and mechanical knowledge of industrial equipment is a huge plus. This person would handle:
Communication directly with customers
Communication with management/supervisors/drivers/staff
Efficiencies in the operational processes
Troubleshooting
Filling gaps when needed in various roles
Etc.
