We are currently looking for an experienced customer service rep/inside sales rep to join our team in Springfield, VA.
Principal duties include but are not limited to: Answering customer calls, processing orders received by phone, fax, the web or counter sales; assist vendors, manufacturers and other distributors with product information; ensure all relationships with existing and potential customers are maintained by anticipating customer needs and resolving concerns; and assisting with inside sales.
Minimum 2 years customer service experience; the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; pleasant phone manner; proficient computer skills; very strong oral and written communications skills. Prior sales experience is preferred. Pool and/or spa industry is a plus.
