Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on building positive relationships with customers.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
-High School Diploma or equivalent.
-Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Strong problem-solving abilities.
-Proficiency in using customer service software and systems.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
-Must be a team player and adaptable to change.
