Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Coordinating class schedule and maintaining classes to start and finish on time
-Managing attendance, accepting payments
-Working with community to promote the different dance programs offered at the studio
-Update and generate new materials (handbooks & training guides)
Administrative Responsibilities: -Manage emails, mail and telephones -Maintain organizational memberships
Qualifications: Passion for arts Experience being in the commercial dance world is preferable Strong and concise communication skills, both oral and written Well organized with great attention to detail Comfort working in a fast-paced environment Ability to act with diplomacy and patience under pressure Punctual, reliable and dedicated and familiarity with an office environment, Knowledge of MindBody Software is a plus. Two+ years of customer service and administrative experience required.
This is 30 hours a week position with possibility of making a full time position. Monday-Thursday, 4:00 pm-9:00 pm and Saturday, 9:30 pm-1:30 pm. There are occasional event on Sundays.
Compensation Salary commensurate with experience; Health/Dental will be part of the compensation.
