We are looking for Full Time Dispatchers to join our Team of experts. Reliable Dispatcher to act as a communication point for emergency and non-emergency towing and road service calls.
FULL TIME HRS are: MONDAY-FRIDAY 8AM-4PM, MONDAY-FRIDAY 4PM-12AM AND MONDAY-FRIDAY 12AM-8AM
You will receive calls from customers in need of towing services
Connecting drivers with resources
Documenting conversations/Towbook Software
Ensuring drivers receive timely and accurate dispatch help/explaining processes and procedures to drivers over the phone
You will need to understand how to read a map, roads and navigation
YOU WILL BE EVALUATED AFTER 90 DAYS FOR A POSSIBLE RAISE
PAID:SICK TIME-AFTER 6 MONTHS
PAID: HOLIDAYS AFTER 60 DAYS
PAID:VACATION AFTER 6 MONTHS
