Brentwood Animal Hospital is seeking a professional, friendly, enthusiastic experinced receptionist to represent our team and serve as the first point of contact for clients and patients visiting our hospital. Key responsibilites include but are not limited to greeting and checking in clients/patients when they arrive for appointments, ensuring smooth communication between pet owners and the veterinary team, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, maintaining accurate up-to-date patient records, handling financial transactions, maintaining clean emvironment, and basic animal handling.
