Choice Property Management is seeking a positive and upbeat individual for an ENTRY LEVEL Leasing & Property Specialist position. Our company is growing rapidly and we are looking for the right individual to grow with us. This is a sales & marketing position for a self-starter individual.
Some of the responsibilities for the position include:
- Conducting property showings & open houses
- Conducting Property Rental Assessments
- Taking various marketing photographs of properties
- Creating custom floor plans
- Create and upkeep of advertisement and marketing of rental properties
- Qualifying potential applicants
- Scheduling appointments
- Conducting property inspections
- Providing feedback on individual showings
and much more. .
Qualifications:
− Reliable transportation & a valid driver's license
− Must be able to drive to properties within a 50 mile radius of our office
− Professional Appearance and Demeanor.
− Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills with ability to prioritize and communicate effectively.
− Strong computer skills including MS Office suite.
− Cell phone with capability to send/receive text messages, photographs and emails.
Prior SALES experience is a plus.
Position requires both field & office work.
