This is a Part Time position Saturday and Sunday ONLY 7AM-5PM with on-call responsibilities for a total of 20 hours a week.

The daily duties will include (but are not limited to!):
Coordinating drivers to ensure prompt service
Communicates customer, driver and vehicle issues directly to the Operations Manager
Responding to client requests and service changes
Updating real-time tracking software
Answering phone/online booking requests
Providing exceptional customer service
Attention to detail and multitasking-A MUST
Able to work in a fast pace environment
May assign trips to drivers to assure adequate disbursement of trips between all assigned routes
May be needed to work overtime or on days off, depending on work schedule
Make decisions based on experience, personal judgment and data
All other duties, as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum 25 years old (insurance purposes)
Professional appearance
Must have reliable transportation
Must have valid Drivers license
Work independently
Punctual attendance
High School diploma or equivalent is required
Must be computer proficient
Dispatch/transportation/reservations experience and a CDL with P endorsement a plus
