Now Hiring: Roller Rink Manager at Immersive Pop-Up Rink

Pay: $30–$40/hr plus possible bonus | Full-Time | Temporary
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Roller Rink Manager to lead daily operations at our outdoor pop-up roller rink. This is a fast-paced, guest-facing role perfect for someone who thrives on creating joyful, high-energy, immersive experiences.
No skating or previous Rink Management Experience necessary.
Job Responsibilities
Operations & Logistics
- Oversee daily rink activities, open/close procedures, and keep the space clean, safe, and fun
- Manage staff schedules and ensure the right coverage at all times
- Oversee logistics, safety and maintenance
- create a lively, immersive atmosphere
Team Leadership
- Help to train, and supervise seasonal staff
- Maintain high staff morale and team performance
- Deliver ongoing coaching to ensure exceptional guest service
- Customer Experience
- Act as the go-to for guest questions and problem-solving
- Train staff in customer service standards
- Ensure every guest feels welcomed, safe, and part of the positive vibe
Safety & Risk Management
- Enforce safety protocols and lead emergency response if needed
- Conduct regular safety checks
- Train team in proactive risk management
What You Bring
- Event, venue, or attraction management experience (previous Rink management experience is not required)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving under pressure
- Comfort working evenings and weekends
- Familiarity with safety procedures in public venues
- Bonus: Passion for skating, dress up and themed events

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour plus a possible end of season performance bonus of up to $5 additional bonus per hour worked
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
