Proven experience scheduling in a fast-paced environment, preferably in construction or roofing.
The Service Crew Scheduler/Admin is responsible for the efficient scheduling, and coordination of roofing crews to various job sites. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and accurate scheduling to meet customer service expectations and project deadlines.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics, business administration, or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in scheduling, preferably in the construction or roofing industry.
Knowledge of roofing materials and processes a plus.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to learn scheduling software and other computer applications.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions.
Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus
