Fully licensed home-based daycare seeking daycare assistant to work 30-40 hours per week. The ideal candidate loves working with young children, and must be punctual and reliable.
Pay: $15-$18/hour based on prior experience
Location: Woodbridge/Dale city/ Hoadly area (22193)
Hours: 9am-5pm, with occasional opening/closing of the daycare (7:30am-6:00pm) as needed.
Duties:
- Participating in and monitoring indoor activities (crafts, games, reading, etc.)
- Monitoring outdoor playtime activities
- Preparing, serving, and cleaning up after meals.
- Changing diapers and assisting with potty training
- Light cleaning and organizing of daycare areas
Requirements:
- Enjoy working with children ages 1 to 4 years old!
- Pass a state background and fingerprint check
- Be authorized to work in the United States
- Be CPR and First Aid certified – If you do not have these certifications, we can arrange a course upon hire
- Provide 2 letters of reference
- Take and pass a TB test
- Lift 30 pounds
