We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teachers of violin, guitar, drums, vocal and piano to join our educational team. This role involves engaging with students, developing lesson plans, and implementing effective teaching strategies that cater to diverse learning styles.
Duties
Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to the needs of all students.
Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning.
Utilize behavior management techniques to maintain discipline and promote positive interactions among students.
Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performance
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve instructional strategies.
Maintain an organized classroom space that is conducive to learning.
Skills
Strong foundation piano/violin/drums/guitar and/or vocal.
Experience working with children in various settings
Proficiency in behavior management techniques to effectively handle classroom dynamics.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and staff members.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
Organizational skills to maintain an orderly classroom environment.
