Warm and caring person needed to join our team as a Lead Teacher. Direct duties include the day-to-day operations of the classroom including planning and implementing age-appropriate activities for young children, creating and implementing an enriching weekly Lesson Plan, communicating with parents in a timely and professional manner, ensuring the children's safety in the classroom and on playgrounds, attending staff meeting and school events, working collaboratively with other staff, and other rewarding responsibilities. Low student to teacher ratio. Experience as a Preschool Lead Teacher and English fluency REQUIRED. Ability to communicate with parents verbally and in writing necessary. CPR/1st Aid and other training provided.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field, or CDA highly desired;
- Experience working with preschool-aged children and English fluency REQUIRED;
- Strong understanding of child development principles and educational best practices;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues effectively.
