About Us: We are a vibrant dance studio dedicated to fostering a love for dance in students of all ages and skill levels. We believe in creating an inclusive and supportive environment to help our students grow both technically and creatively.
Responsibilities:
-Plan and conduct engaging tap dance classes for students ranging from beginner to advanced levels, ages 5-18.
-Develop lesson plans that cater to varying skill levels and encourage progression.
-Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their technique and performance.
-Choreograph routines for recitals.
-Foster a positive and inspiring classroom atmosphere that encourages creativity and self-expression.
-Maintain open communication with students and studio staff regarding class progress and student development.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a tap dance teacher with a strong background in tap dance education.
-Passion for teaching and nurturing the growth of students.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
-A commitment to maintaining a professional and positive classroom environment.
-Availability on Monday and Wednesday afternoons is mandatory.
