What You’ll Do:
As an Estimating Manager, you’ll play a vital role in bringing our customers’ visions to life by managing the estimation process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Your responsibilities include:
Producing detailed drawings and material takeoffs.
Developing accurate project budgets and financial projections.
Leveraging your knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and compliance to ensure best practices.
Using construction management software and tools, including measuring devices like tape measures and laser measures.
Making critical decisions, negotiating effectively, and resolving conflicts.
Supporting production schedules, including occasional overtime and Saturday work when necessary.
What You Bring to the Role:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A solid grasp of construction methods, compliance, and safety regulations.
Experience with construction management software and a comfort level with technology.
Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
Strong decision-making, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Extensive experience in outdoor home improvement projects.
