We are seeking reliable and experienced professionals (Licensed Architect, Land Surveyor, Civil Engineer, and Permit Expediter) to assist with a residential teardown house project in Arlington, VA.
We look for people who has Familiarity with Arlington’s permitting process and local regulations to obtain all demo and building permit.
Licensed Architect
Design project plans, blueprints, and layouts for new construction following the teardown.
Ensure compliance with Arlington's building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental requirements.
Collaborate with other professionals to ensure plans meet project goals.
Licensed Land Surveyor
Conduct land surveys, establish property boundaries, and provide topographical data.
Work closely with the architect and civil engineer to ensure accurate site assessments.
Prepare detailed survey reports and assist with permit applications as needed.
Civil Engineer
Assess structural requirements, manage grading, drainage, and utility connections.
Develop plans to ensure site stability, safe demolition practices, and compliance with environmental codes.
Collaborate with the architect and surveyor to finalize site plans.
Permit Expediter
Handle all necessary permit applications and approvals with Arlington's permitting departments.
Track and expedite the permit process, ensuring timely progress for the project.
Maintain knowledge of Arlington’s building regulations and zoning codes to anticipate any permit challenges.
Qualifications:
Relevant licensing and certifications in Virginia.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in residential demolition, site development, or similar projects.
Strong knowledge of Arlington's local building codes, zoning laws, and permitting processes.
Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
