Arlington County has provided review comments, and I need a licensed professional to make sure all comments are fully corrected before resubmitting.
I also need a Structural Engineer to prepare complete structural drawings, calculate all required loads, and provide all structural details needed for county approval.

Proven experience completing home additions in Arlington, VA
Ability to provide 3 references for similar architectural and structural projects
Must deliver fast, reliable, and high-quality work
