ULTRA Company Commercial General Contractors is currently seeking an experienced Construction Manager to run our busy Construction Services (CSS) Division. The CSS handles the smaller construction projects for our long-term clients that aren't a fit for our larger GC Group's wheelhouse. The work is completed by both in-house personnel and subcontractors, so a strong background in the trades is vital for success.
The responsibilities include site visits, creating or reviewing a client's scope of work to determine accuracy and constructability issues are clear, developing time and material estimates, writing proposals, creating budgets, managing the field operations and billing. Ability to work with project assistants, labor and trades, vendors, subcontractors and clients' staff in a highly professional manner is critical for success.
Requirements include:
10 years experience as a COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION superintendent.
Minimum of three (3) years working as an APM or PM with a Commercial General Contractor.
Proficient with industry related software programs (Procore, MS Project).
An excellent communicator including documenting detailed meeting minutes and business writing ability.
Able to handle pressure, deadlines, details, and responsibilities as a leader in a very fast paced environment.
