Sketchup Autocad draft person
Looking for someone local to Northern Va to work directly with Developer/Builder to design site specific townhouses. This will include a study of concepts to producing renderings and eventually publishing building plans.
Great opportunity for someone to work directly with developer and be involved in a significant project from concept to completion
Minimum requirements
Proficient using Shetchup pro, layout,Autocad
Experience in wood frame construction.
MS Office suite
Compensation
Compensation is commensurate with experience. Initially this is a 1099 position. This opportunity could lead to a long term position for someone who wants to succeed
