Job Description

An acclaimed IT firm in Washington, DC, is seeking a Cloud Operations Engineer to join its growing team. This position will work to influence the way in which the TSA utlizes Micorsoft Azure resources to reduce manual processes through automation.


Role & Responsibilities


  • Assist in Automation: Including codifying SOPs into scripts and sytems deployments

  • Help customers and clients protect their apparatus by minimizing their attack surfaces

  • Consult with clients to help implement best practices in Cloud Operations



Skills & Qualifications

Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure

Direct experience with enterprise solution shaping and Microsoft Azure Cloud deployment architecture development

A good understanding of the build and release process, and continuous integration and delivery. You would ideally have experience with at least one of the following tools: Chef, Ansible, and/or Azure DevOps / Azure Pipelines
