Compliments Only is a small sandwich shop in DuPont Circle about to open it's second location in Capitol Hill. We're looking for a chef to take the helm. We like to think it's good food, nice people and good pay and benefits.
Duties include;
-Scheduling staff
-Prepping sides, sauces & deli meats
-Coordination of prep team
-Inventory ordering and management
-Catering order management and production
As well as daily team management and production
