Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager at Comediclub will support the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the club, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, smooth operational efficiency, and effective team management. This role involves coordinating events, managing staff, and maintaining an inviting atmosphere for guests.

1. Operational Management:

- Assist in managing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.

- Ensure the club complies with health, safety, and liquor regulations.

- Oversee the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring timely and efficient execution.

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors for supplies.

2. Staff Supervision:

- Train, supervise, and schedule front-of-house staff including bartenders, servers, and security personnel.

- Foster a positive work environment and address any staff issues promptly.

- Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews.

3. Customer Experience:

- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively.

- Engage with guests to enhance their experience and gather feedback for improvement.

4. Event Coordination:

- Assist in planning and executing comedy shows and special events.

- Liaise with performers, agents, and technical staff to ensure smooth event operations.

- Coordinate ticket sales and promotions to maximize attendance and revenue.
