Part time Assistant Manager position available at Henry's Sweet Retreat.
This position is to manage the front of the house – the store, assisting customers, all the side work (see below), training new employees (mostly high school part time kids), to do list for the night time shift, some assistance in the kitchen/back of the house, making sure shelves and stock items remain full and have a good presentation, filling orders from delivery tablets and EZCater orders, displays, cleanliness of entire area, and general knowledge of everything we do in the store – camps, birthday parties etc. This position also would assist in running birthday parties on Saturdays. Full bakery knowledge so you can take custom bakery orders and know ins and outs of how bakery works and timing of items.
Creativity is a plus with merchandising, social media ideas etc.
Side work includes restocking items, keeping bakery and fine chocolate case full and clean, making fudge, popcorn, cake pops etc as needed.
