There was once a time when we would get excited about birthday trips to our favourite fast food restaurant. Our friends would join us for all those naughty treats we were allowed on special occasions. As we grew older, our love affair with fast food became less and less.
Until now! Welcome to LEON, the future of fast food. We are bringing the fun back to fast food but with a difference. With 75 restaurants in the UK and Europe, we opened our first US restaurant in the Summer of 2018. We are now looking for an Assistant Manager to join us in our first Virginia location.
We opened LEON because we wanted to prove that it was possible to serve food that both tastes good and does you good. We want to make it easy for people to eat well and live well. We want to do this in every major city in the world.
We are now looking for an Assistant Manager to come and help us achieve our vision, and help us grow big and strong.

What we're looking for in an Assistant Manager:
• Energy levels through the roof
• Have a love for developing their teams and focus on unlocking potential
• Approach and leading each situation to “win” not “fight”
• Treat each team member as if they were part of your own family
• Live and breathe the LEON values and drive this culture throughout their teams and restaurants
• Experience of at least 18 months in an Assistant Manager position within restaurants
• Have a love for numbers and always looking for ways to improve upon them
