Italian Store Westover is seeking an energetic and friendly Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating exceptional coffee drinks, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to a positive work environment for our employees.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, and latte
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines and grinders
Take orders and process payments accurately and efficiently
Provide exceptional customer service, build relationships with customers and promote the store
Ability to complete a daily checklist
Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive work environment and excellent customer service
Requirements:
Passion for coffee and barista experience preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings
Must be available to work weekends and some nights

Must be available to work weekdays in the early AM as well as one weekend night shift per week. (store closes at 8pm Sat and 6pm Sunday)
