Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, beverages, Lebanese food, and much more to our customers.
Take customer orders and deliver food and beverages to tables.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a barista or server is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Positive attitude and a team player.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
A passion for coffee and a love for Lebanese cuisine are a plus!
