We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic bartender/server to join our team. You will be responsible for creating and serving beverages to our guests while providing exceptional customer service. Your role will involve crafting cocktails, pouring beers, and serving wine in accordance with established recipes and standards. Additionally, you will maintain a clean and organized bar area,and ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong knowledge of mixology, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations as needed
Maintain a clean and tidy bar area, including washing glassware and utensils
Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed
Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and policies
Collaborate with other team members to ensure guest satisfaction
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new beverage offerings
Requirements:
Proven experience as a bartender in a similar establishment
knowledge of wines,mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and a passion for providing outstanding customer service
Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations
Must be of legal drinking age
