We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This position will include responsibilities as a bartender and Server.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve drinks in accordance with company standards
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol regulations
Experience
- experience in restaurant/bartending preferred
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of catering and hospitality industry practices
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems
- Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and measuring ingredients
- Exceptional time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Previous experience in food service or the food industry
- Familiarity with food handling and food safety protocols
