Sushi by Bou DC is seeking dependable, guest-focused individuals to join our team as Bartenders and Maitre D’/Server in a hybrid role. Ideal candidates are team players who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to providing consistent, high-quality service. Must have open availability and be ready to start by September 1st.
Bartender
This role involves mixing and serving cocktails with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail. Candidates must have prior bartending experience and a solid understanding of cocktail preparation and bar operations. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively are essential.
Maitre D’/Server (hybrid role)
This position includes welcoming guests, managing guest flow, and delivering attentive table service. Previous front-of-house experience, especially in a Maitre D’ or Server role, is preferred. Candidates should be professional, organized, and focused on creating a smooth and positive guest experience.
