Aroma Latin Fusion is a high-end dining experience aimed at elevating Colombian cuisine to new heights!
We are looking for an experienced bartender/server to ensure each guest receives an outstanding experience on every visit.
Main Responsibilities:
- Check identification and age requirements of guests before service
- Master standard bar and Aroma's signature drink recipes
- Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes
- Ensure precise pouring of drinks and timely delivery
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of the menu to offer recommendations and respond to inquiries
- Confirm the accuracy of each guest's order upon entry into the POS and process transactions
- Greet guests warmly, making both new and returning visitors feel welcome at every interaction
- Build relationships with regular patrons to create a convivial atmosphere
- Promote an enjoyable and spirited work environment
- Emphasize teamwork; work collaboratively with staff and maintain effective communication with cooks and the front-of-house manager in a dynamic restaurant setting.
