As a Cafe Team Member and barista, you will craft high-quality espresso coffee drinks and heat sandwiches to order, ensuring each item meets our customers' expectations. You'll also be responsible for replenishing and organizing our grab & go displays to keep them fresh and inviting. Maintaining a clean and organized work area is essential to providing excellent service. You'll interact with customers in a friendly and efficient manner, taking orders and handling transactions. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming environment for all who visit our cafe. Hours are flexible. Base hourly salary with tips. Located in the Silver Spring Library.
