is searching for a dedicated Cashier/Server. /Barista
We are searching for the right candidate that has availability for 11:30-7:30 shift and available on Saturdays 9-3
What you will do:
Welcome guests, answer menu questions, and make thoughtful suggestions.
Take orders accurately (in-person and phone) and process payments (cash/credit, tips, gift cards).
Hand off orders with a smile; resolve issues quickly and professionally.
Prepare consistent espresso drinks and teas; monitor brew quality and station cleanliness.
Restock milk, syrups, cups, and small wares; follow food-safety and allergen protocols.
Run food, check back on guests, bus tables, and keep the floor, counters clean
Assist with expo/packaging for takeout and delivery orders; maintain accurate order labeling.
Complete opening/closing checklists
Salary $10.00-$14.00 per hour plus tips (Our average server is making $25.00 per hour including tips)
Minimal Essential Requirements:
The ability to work as part of a team, personal cleanliness, and uniform cleanliness.
