Your Role as a Kitchen Manager:
As the heart of our kitchen operations, you'll:
Oversee day-to-day kitchen activities, ensuring quality, consistency, and culinary excellence.
Manage inventory, ordering, and food costs with precision.
Lead and inspire a team of chefs, line cooks, and kitchen staff to perform at their best.
Collaborate with the executive chef to innovate and maintain our high culinary standards.
